Folsom MLS Tour meets on Tuesdays
at the Charles F. Anderson Masonic Center
Doors open at 8AM
Meeting runs from 8:30-9:30 with caravan tour to follow

Here we only tour Folsom properties!

You must attend the tour meeting and pitch your listing on the day it is on tour.

You must hold your listing open directly after the tour meeting until at least 11:30AM. This will benefit you and your sellers as not all persons on tour are able to gain access (prospective buyers, neighbors, affiliates, etc.).

If you are generous enough to offer a raffle prize to the individuals who tour your listing(s) please either:

1. Attend the next meeting to draw the winning persons card or feedback form.
2. Contact a *Chairperson to inform them of who won so the announcement can be made at the next meeting (Tim Thompson).

REALTORS® may not submit more than two listings per tour per week.

You must submit your request to have a listing on tour no later than Friday at 5 PM to place a listing on tour for the following Tuesday.

All properties being submitted for tour are submitted via Metrolist.

You can obtain Caravan Tour sheets at the meetings or print it from this website.
